My motorcycle permit expired. When I originally got it, I had a regular license with no restrictions. Now, since I have no vehicle, I have no insurance, therefore the “fleet” license. So my questions is, in North Carolina, can I renew my motorcycle license with a “fleet vehicles only” restriction on my regular license. Google [...]

I have a client whose son recently moved to Guadalajara. He obtained Mexico insurance but still has a NY license plate.
